Career

Niamh qualified as a solicitor in 2014 after training and working for over six years in a high street law firm. Before joining Stowe Family Law’s Esher team in 2019, she gained valuable experience at a reputable Legal 500 Central London firm. She is now a Team Leader Partner at Stowe Family Law’s Esher, Guildford, and Brighton offices.

Niamh has extensive experience in a wide range of family law matters, including divorce and financial settlements, child law issues, cohabitation disputes, and the drafting of pre- and post-marital agreements. She also handles issues related to domestic violence and the occupation of the family home. Niamh is dedicated to resolving disputes in a non-confrontational manner whenever possible and is a member of Resolution.
