Lauren began her career at a specialist family law firm in South Wales, where she progressed to the role of Director. She then worked at a top 70 national firm in Cardiff before joining Stowe Family Laws' South West & Wales team in September 2022, in the Cardiff office.

Lauren focuses on complex issues related to children, such as domestic violence, fact-finding hearings, the appointment of children’s guardians, parental alienation, and conflicts involving grandparents. She also addresses all aspects of relationship breakdown, including divorce, cohabitation disputes, and domestic abuse injunctions.

Lauren studied at Cardiff University, earning her Law Degree in 2012, followed by postgraduate studies at the same institution in 2014.

Lauren enjoys catching up on the latest releases on Netflix and, when the Welsh weather permits, going for long walks to enjoy the fresh air.
