Rachel is a Team Leader Partner at Stowe Family Law, leading the South West & Wales offices in Bath, Bristol, Cardiff, and Cheltenham. She specialises in family law, particularly in divorce, financial remedy proceedings, and disputes involving children. Rachel frequently advises clients in mediation and represents those who are unable to reach agreements in the Family Court. She also has extensive experience working with unmarried clients. Rachel has been recognised in the Legal 500 for her dedication to clients, offering sensible, cost-effective advice, and achieving the best possible outcomes.

Rachel was awarded Junior Lawyer of the Year at the Bristol Legal Awards in 2019 and is noted in the Legal 500 rankings for 2021 and 2022. Chambers & Partners also recognise her as an Associate to Watch, praising her legal knowledge and interpersonal skills.

Rachel is a member of Resolution, a national organisation committed to resolving family disputes constructively. She is also actively involved in the legal community as the Chair of the Bristol Junior Lawyers Division.

Rachel attended Christ’s Hospital School in Horsham before earning a first-class honours degree in Law at the University of the West of England. She subsequently completed her LLM and LPC at the University of Law in Bristol. Her legal career began at a niche family law firm before joining Stowe Family Law.

Outside of work, Rachel enjoys travelling, theatre, reading, and participating in various sporting activities.
