Claire qualified as a Solicitor in 2006 after studying in Birmingham. She spent a decade at a major Legal 500-rated firm in London, known for its national reputation in family law and human rights. After returning to Birmingham in 2017, Claire worked at a Legal 500-rated niche city centre practice specialising in ultra-high-net-worth financial remedy cases. In July 2021, she joined Stowe Family Law’s Birmingham office as a Partner.

Claire advises clients on a broad range of family law issues, specialising in complex and high-net-worth (HNW) financial disputes related to divorce. With over 15 years of experience in family law, she has developed extensive expertise in handling cases involving companies, business assets, pensions, farming assets, third-party interests, overseas assets, and trusts.

Outside of work, Claire enjoys spending time with her family, gardening, and engaging in exercise.
