Zoe is a Partner at Stowe Family Law, leading the South West & Wales offices in Bath, Bristol, Cardiff, and Cheltenham. She specialises in Child Law, representing parents and grandparents in disputes concerning child arrangement orders, such as where a child should live and who they should spend time with. Zoe also handles specific issue applications, including matters involving relocation and changes to schooling. She has extensive experience working with cases involving Children’s Services and collaborates closely with domestic abuse organisations like Women’s Aid. Zoe has been instrumental in initiating court proceedings to secure protective orders for victims of domestic abuse and ensuring children's safety.

Zoe has strong connections within the family law community and works closely with organisations such as Women’s Aid to support victims of domestic abuse.

Zoe earned a First Class Law degree from the University of Gloucestershire in 2011, followed by a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice at the College of Law in 2012. She began her legal career that same year and has specialised in Family Law since qualifying as a solicitor in March 2017.

In her personal time, Zoe enjoys staying active through Zuu fitness classes and running. She has taken part in several fitness events, including the 5k inflatable run in 2018 and the Bath Two Tunnels 5k in 2019. Always seeking adventure, Zoe has abseiled down Eagle Tower for charity, completed a bungee jump, and raced along a zip-wire from a cliff edge. Her next thrilling goal is to take on a sky-dive!
