Kate is an experienced solicitor who has specialised in family law since 1995. She is well-versed in all aspects of family law, having worked on high-net-worth cases, ancillary relief, and proceedings involving children.

Kate is a member of Resolution, an organisation dedicated to promoting a constructive approach to family law.

Kate earned a First Class Honours degree from Sheffield University before obtaining a Master’s degree in Law from Queens' College, Cambridge. Kate trained under Stowe Family Law’s founder, Marilyn Stowe, and has worked in Leeds and Harrogate since qualifying in October 1995.

Outside of work, Kate contributes to various charities. She also enjoys swimming and singing when she’s not caring for her two children
