In addition to her focus on financial disputes, she has a keen interest in child law, striving to help clients navigate arrangements regarding where children will live and the time they spend with non-residential parents. Shanika has successfully represented clients in sensitive cases involving children with disabilities, as well as cases concerning relocation and grandparents' rights. Her understanding of military family dynamics, shaped by her marriage to an army veteran, enhances her capability to support military families.
