Senior Associate, Greater Leeds

Hannah is based in the Leeds family solicitors office, where she provides advice and representation in various areas, including private law children’s matters, public law children cases, and issues involving domestic abuse. She has experience with divorce cases that do not involve financial disputes as well as those where financial matters are at stake. Hannah has worked on complex children’s cases that necessitate court involvement when parents cannot reach agreements independently. She assists clients in the pre-court process by facilitating correspondence to reach an agreement on contact arrangements and advising on mediation when necessary. Her cases often involve serious issues such as parental domestic abuse, violence towards children, allegations of sexual abuse, and social worker involvement.

Hannah attended Notre Dame Sixth Form College before studying law at Leeds Beckett University. She then completed her Legal Practice Course (LPC) at BPP Law School. With six years of experience in family law, she began her career as a legal assistant and completed her training contract in March 2018 at a busy city-centre legal aid firm.

Outside of her professional commitments, Hannah enjoys participating in sports, particularly running and cycling. She also loves taking her dog for walks and exploring new dining experiences in and around Leeds, often seeking out new restaurants to try.
