Liza joined Stowe Family Law in 2021 and now serves as Managing Partner and Head of the Thames Valley team, covering Berkshire and Oxfordshire. She brings her experience from previous work at a prominent South Coast firm, where she also built expertise in Armed Forces Pension intricacies, particularly beneficial to her clients with connections to Portsmouth Naval bases.

Liza is a seasoned family law specialist, recognised for her approachable and constructive approach. With expertise in complex financial disputes involving substantial assets, business, and trust interests, she frequently handles cases with international components. Liza also advises on prenuptial agreements, cohabiting couple issues, and complex children’s cases, especially those involving international elements and challenging personality dynamics. Since 2014, she has been advising clients on surrogacy law, including financial orders and donor agreements, a unique area of expertise noted by her clients. Liza co-hosts the Stowe Talks family law podcast, striving to make family law accessible and transparent.

She studied at Cardiff University before qualifying in 2008.

In her free time, Liza enjoys spending time with her three young boys, often at the beach where she swims year-round.
