Career

Amy is a Team Leader Partner at Stowe Family Law, specialising in complex divorce and financial matters, as well as child arrangement disputes involving internal relocation and parental alienation. She also handles cases related to domestic abuse and works closely with domestic abuse charities. Amy joined Stowe Family Law’s Bristol office as a Senior Associate in 2021 and was promoted to Partner in 2022. She supports the teams in Bath, Cardiff, and Cheltenham.

Amy is a Trustee of the Citizen’s Advice Bureau in Exeter, where she is involved in projects such as Access to Justice for litigants in person.

Education

Amy initially qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in 2011 before obtaining a Graduate Diploma in Law from De Montford University in Leicester. She completed her Legal Practice Course at the University of Law in Bristol and qualified as a Solicitor in 2016. Amy also holds a Masters in Law.

Personal

Outside of work, Amy enjoys travelling and exploring new cultures. Through her role as Trustee, she is involved in various initiatives aimed at improving access to justice for litigants in person.
