Alice embarked on her legal career shortly after completing her education. In 2011, she secured a training contract with HCB Solicitors following the completion of her Legal Practice Course. She trained as a solicitor at HCB Solicitors, gaining extensive experience across various offices, including Sutton Coldfield, Lichfield, and Solihull. Alice's career trajectory at the firm saw her rise from Solicitor to Associate Solicitor, and eventually to Senior Associate Solicitor. Her work has focused exclusively on private family law from her qualification onwards. In May 2023, she joined Stowe Family Law’s Birmingham office, where she continues to specialise in complex family law matters.

Alice is an active member of Resolution, an organisation committed to promoting constructive and non-confrontational approaches to family law matters. She collaborates with fellow legal professionals to ensure that her clients benefit from well-rounded and strategic legal representation.

Alice achieved a 2:1 degree in Law from the University of Birmingham in 2010. She furthered her legal education by completing the Legal Practice Course at the College of Law, Birmingham, in 2011, which laid the foundation for her successful legal career.

Outside of her legal career, Alice leads a busy life with her two young children. She enjoys spending time outdoors with her family, especially taking walks. As a passionate rugby enthusiast, Alice follows the sport closely, and skiing is another one of her favourite activities. Alice is also highly involved in her local community, playing an active role in community events and chairing the Parents Forum at her daughter’s school.
