Marjha began her legal career in London in 2005, qualifying in May 2010 after completing a training contract at a boutique London law firm. In 2014, she relocated back to Wales, where she led a team at the legacy firm Burroughs Day in Bristol before joining Irwin Mitchell’s growing family team. In 2021, Marjha joined RDP Law to relaunch the family team, which was shortlisted for Family Team of the Year at the 2022 Wales Legal Awards.

Marjha joined Stowe’s Cardiff office in November 2023. She has a strong strategic and commercially-minded focus and thrives in a team environment where she can build strong individual relationships as a leader.

Marjha studied at Nottingham Law School and the University of Law before beginning her legal career in 2005.

Outside of work, Marjha enjoys spending time with her lively 6-year-old, often on the sidelines of a rugby pitch, supporting her daughter’s games or cheering for Wales. She is also passionate about cooking and enjoys hosting gatherings that bring family and friends together around the dinner table.
