Phoebe Turner is the Managing Partner of our London Victoria office. Phoebe joined Stowe Family Law in December 2013.

She practices a broad range of private family matters including divorce; complex financial disputes; and injunction proceedings. She is often instructed to deal with complex and high net worth cases involving trusts, business and assets located outside the jurisdiction.

Phoebe also has a wealth of experience in advising on cohabitation matters, and in drafting pre-nuptial agreements.

Additionally, Phoebe advises in relation to private children cases including contact disputes, maintenance, residence and cases where one party wants to remove children from the jurisdiction permanently.

Phoebe is a member of Resolution and the West London Law Society.

Phoebe was educated at James Allen’s Girls’ School in London and studied Classics at the University of Bristol. She completed her Graduate Diploma in Law and Legal Practice Course at BPP in London. Phoebe has specialised exclusively in family law since then.
