Jonathan is a Partner in the Dispute Resolution team at Raworths. He has over 25 years’ experience successfully resolving all manner of disputes which business and individuals may find themselves concerned with. In particular, Jonathan has represented clients in both commercial and civil litigation in the Magistrates Court to the Supreme Court.

Areas of expertise include contract disputes, defamation, financial services disputes, franchise matters, insurance claims, partnership disputes, warranty claims, professional negligence claims, property disputes and shareholder claims.

Jonathan also acts for high net worth individuals engaged in disputes concerning settlements, trusts, duties of executors and trustees and disputed inheritance.

Jonathan has a keen interest in pursuing matters of public interest and has represented parties in group actions and other high profile issues.
