Acting on the defence of a c.£18m multi-party litigated claim by a salad produce company against its accountants for alleged negligent advice in connection of the restructuring and management buy-out of the business.

Defending a professional negligence claim against a law firm arising out of alleged negligence in the drafting of a commercial lease.

Acting for a law firm in connection with a claim arising out of the compromise of a financial remedy divorce proceedings.
