Alan is a specialist construction and engineering lawyer who acts for both insurers and construction industry professionals including architects, engineers, surveyors, main contractors, sub-contractors, and sub-consultants. His specialities include construction disputes, professional negligence, insurance disputes, litigation, adjudication, arbitration, mediation, and dispute resolution, together with advisory work.
