RPC‘s broad commercial litigation practice ranges from technology to banking to fraud disputes. The team has also noted a recent increase in group litigation, particularly in the technology and retail sectors. Practice head Geraldine Elliott is a ‘seasoned litigator’ and an expert in shareholder and joint venture disputes, as well as warranty claims and asset and financial recovery. Specialising in financial litigation, Simon Hart handles disputes related to derivative products, lending arrangements and restructuring and insolvency. Charlotte Henschen represents clients in contractual disputes and civil fraud claims. The team was strengthened by the addition of Caroline Tuck from Deloitte in October 2023.
