Paul supports a broad range of businesses – including many well-known brands – in their daily operations and also when undertaking transformational projects. Paul is able to guide clients in the development of new products or services in the UK and globally, navigating complex supply chain challenges, entering into strategic alliances, establishing new routes to market and harnessing technologies to increase competitiveness or efficiencies.

Paul is highly experienced in helping manage change within organisations whether it is through delivering technology solutions or establishing new relationships with suppliers, networks or customers. He provides creative and workable solutions for complex legal questions and understands that a successful transaction is one that must strike the right balance in managing risk while achieving our client’s commercial objectives.
