Position

Will is a Partner and head of RPC’s Lawyers Liability and Regulatory group.

Will is an expert in professional and financial risk, professional liability, and regulations that affect law firms and lawyers. Will and his team act on behalf of law firms, insurance brokers, company directors, and a wide range of professionals. He also advises liability insurers on policy coverage. He has extensive experience defending claims of all sizes, ranging from multi-million-pound group litigations in the High Court to smaller individual claims under £50,000. In 2012, he became one of the founding Partners of RPC’s Bristol office.
