Partner, Head of Korea Desk

Peter is a Financial Services Partner who heads our Korea Desk and admitted as a solicitor in Hong Kong and in England and Wales. He specialises in strategic advisory, crisis management, and commercial disputes generally, and also has extensive non-contentious financial regulatory experience. Peter has acted for major financial institutions, corporate clients, and asset managers with respect to some of the largest matters in the region, including those involving arbitration proceedings in Hong Kong and Singapore, SFC/HKMA investigations, cross-border AML issues, and ABC/FCPA due diligence. He has been named in The Legal 500's Hall of Fame for structured finance.
