Rebecca is a Partner in our Professional & Financial Risks team of our Hong Kong office. She specialises in insurance related advisory and disputes with a focus on financial lines, transactional liability and construction risks. Rebecca has acted as coverage and monitoring counsel in respect of some of the world's largest investigations and disputes and has also defended various insurers in a number of coverage arbitrations under the leading institutional rules (including HKIAC and CIETAC).
