Position

Partner who specialises in all aspects of legal services, lawyers and law firms.

There are four main strands to Graham's practice: the defence of negligence claims against lawyers; coverage advice for professional indemnity insurers of law firms; acting for lawyers in respect of regulatory and internal investigations and disciplinary proceedings; and non-contentious advisory work relating to the professional conduct of lawyers, risk management, law firm set-up, internal compliance arrangements, data breach incidents affecting law firms, and related issues.

Further specialist areas of experience include: legal professional privilege and its application to law firms and regulatory investigations; risks to client confidentiality; litigation funding, damages-based agreements and third party funding; referral fees and law firm networks; and regulatory reporting obligations.

Oxford University (Magdalen College); City University; Inns of Court School of Law; Barrister, called 1993 (Middle Temple).
