Position

Robert is a partner and specialises in professional indemnity and financial institutions dispute resolution work. In particular, he is an expert in claims against accountants, financial professionals (including pension professionals) and insurance brokers. He also regularly advises on insurance policy coverage issues of all kinds. In addition to advising on civil claims, Robert has many years’ experience of dealing with disciplinary and regulatory matters, including those relating to the FCA, FOS, The Pensions Ombudsman, ICAEW and ACCA.
