As part of this focus, Kirin manages the Sponsor Management System (SMS) for a number of Paragon Law’s corporate clients. However, not only does Kirin assist with the management of the SMS, but she can assist throughout all stages of the process, from advising businesses whether they need to join the SMS through to advising on the impact of changes to a role and the impact on sponsorship. For organisations who manage their SMS in-house, Kirin can support HR teams to ensure they remain compliant with their sponsorship duties.
