Position

Nikita joined Paragon Law in 2022, shortly after she qualified as a solicitor. Prior to her time at Paragon Law, Nikita studied Law with Criminology (LLB) and the Legal Practice Course (LLM) at Nottingham Trent University. Following her graduation, Nikita joined a small London law firm where she trained as a solicitor before joining Paragon Law.

Areas of work

As an immigration solicitor, Nikita specialises in a broad range of UK visas and applications, including spouse and partner visas, which cover entry clearance, extensions, further leave to remain, and applications for indefinite leave to remain. She also advises on British citizenship through naturalisation, ECAA extensions of stay (including applications for dependants), and ECAA indefinite leave to remain. In addition, Nikita handles long residence leave to remain, private life and Article 8 leave to remain applications, and provides critical assistance to clients applying for pre-settled and settled status under the EU Settlement Scheme (EUSS).

Nikita has also been instrumental in promoting the partnership between Paragon Law and the charity Here for Good, supporting vulnerable clients in obtaining pre-settled and settled status in the UK under the EU Settlement Scheme (EUSS).
