Simon is a specialist in Commercial Litigation and Personal Injury since his admission as a solicitor in 2000. He is also qualified as a Solicitor (non-Practicing) in the Republic of Ireland.
As an experienced litigator Simon is happy to deal with all forms of commercial and civil litigation cases including professional negligence, breach of contract, property litigation and company and partnership disputes. In addition he has experience of alternative forms of dispute resolution namely arbitration and mediation.
