Rebecca is an experienced private client lawyer working with both UK and international clients, including families, family businesses and entrepreneurs, trust companies and family offices.

Rebecca is head of our family office and has particular expertise in advising entrepreneurs and multi-generational businesses on wealth planning, succession and protection.

Rebecca Fisher heads a thriving practice at Russell-Cooke LLP. It continues to expand into new and complex areas of law, such as advising on the creation and structuring of family offices. It also excels in handling forfeiture claims where the deceased was murdered, and is experienced in advising on cross-border mental capacity issues. Increasingly,  it is advising on the cross-border adoption of adults, and on its impact on succession planning. Its diverse client base ranges from the substantially wealthy, to longstanding clients and their families. Suzanne Mynors has particular expertise in complex trust matters. James Cook joined the team from Collyer Bristow LLP in October 2023. Cook has a broad practice, with a keen interest in disabled person trusts. Richard Frimston is also recommended.
