Kulkanya holds an LL.M. in international finance law from King’s College  University and an LL.B. in business law (1st Class Honours) from  Chulalongkorn University.  She is a member of the Lawyers Council of Thailand and the Thai Bar Association.  With over 12 years of experience in corporate, commercial and finance law, she advises corporate clients on a wide range of matters, including M&A , compliance with listing rules, FDI, joint ventures, shareholder arrangements, contract managements and labour laws.
