Usa holds an M.A. in economics law from Chulalongkorn University and an LL.B. (2nd Class Honours) in business law from Chulalongkorn University.  She is a member of the Lawyers Council of Thailand and the Thai Bar Association.  Usa is a notarial services attorney.  With over 17 years of experience, she advises on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters, including M&A, FDI, business reorganization, real property, employment, e-commerce, data protection, and cross-border transactions.  She has extensive experience assisting both domestic and international clients in establishing their business operations in Thailand and provides expert counsel on relevant laws governing foreign investment, e-commerce, data protection, and cross-border transactions.
