Prasantaya is a Founding Member and Partner of LawPlus Ltd. and LawPlus Myanmar Ltd. She studied law in Thailand and the UK. She has been practising law since 2001. She is a registered patent attorney and a notarial services attorney.
Prasantaya is a member of the Lawyers Council of Thailand and the Thai Bar Association, a Board Member of the Intellectual Property Association of Thailand, a Councilor Member of the ASEAN Intellectual Property Association.
