Vedanarayanan possesses a wealth of 37 years of experience and expertise in the structuring and execution of financial products, with domestic focus and cross-border intricacies in the Banking, Financial Services and Manufacturing sector.

Apart from his expertise in his areas of practice, Vedanarayanan has in-depth experience in Regulatory affairs and Product and business development in fixed income, currency, equity and derivatives.

Before joining Juris Corp, Vedanarayanan was part of the senior management team in the domestic operations ABN AMRO Group, as Managing Director of ABN AMRO Securities India; The Royal Bank of Scotland as Chief Operating Officer- Global Market and IndusInd Bank as  Executive Vice President - Global Markets  for the last two decades. Post which Vedanarayanan was associated with IndusInd Bank for a period of another 3 years in the capacity of a Consultant.

Vedanarayanan has been a Nominee Director on the Board of Foreign Exchange Dealers Association (“FEDAI”) for a period of 3 years as well as represented in consultative committees of RBI, AMFI, FIMMDA and FEDAI.
