Siva has over 25 years of experience in Asset Finance, and he represents many leading airlines, leasing companies, underwriters, banks, private equity firms and export credit agencies in a wide variety of transactions, such as leveraged leases, operating leases, portfolio sales and financings, sale-leasebacks, securitisation of lease portfolios, pre-delivery financing and export credit-agency supported loans.

Siva is recognised as a leading practitioner in Asset Finance and for his restructuring expertise by The Legal 500 Asia-Pacific.  In addition, he is ranked Band 1 for Aviation Finance in Singapore and Asia-Pacific by Chambers & Partners
