Benjamin’s practice focuses on complex banking, employment, property and shareholder disputes as well as investigations.

He has substantial experience in acting for multinational corporations, banks, REITs, trading firms, and high net worth individuals. He also regularly advises clients on regulatory, risk management issues and novel points of law.

Upon graduation, he worked in the London and Shanghai offices of a Magic Circle firm. Thereafter, he served as a Justices’ Law Clerk to the Chief Justice and Judges of the Singapore Supreme Court. He has also taught commercial conflict of laws at the Singapore Management University as an adjunct professor.

In 2016, Benjamin was selected for placement under the Singapore Supreme Court’s Young Amicus Curiae Scheme.
