Jeanne's areas of practice encompass equity and debt capital markets.

She has extensive experience advising issuers and underwriters on market-leading capital markets transactions, including initial public offerings of equity and business trusts, bond issuances, equity-linked securities, regulatory capital and Islamic finance. She also has substantial experience in derivatives, securitisations and structured finance.

Jeanne was called to the Singapore Bar in 2002 and is currently a non-practising solicitor, having been admitted to the Roll of Solicitors of England & Wales in 2004.

Prior to joining Allen & Gledhill in 2011, she worked for nine years in the capital markets and structured finance practices of a magic circle law firm, in its London, Hong Kong and Singapore offices.
