Career

Christopher’s areas of practice encompass mergers and acquisitions, private equity and corporate advisory work for financial institutions and public companies listed on the Singapore Exchange.

He has extensive experience in domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions across a broad range of industries and has acted for financial institutions, publicly listed companies, multinational corporations and private equity firms in various corporate and M&A transactions, with a focus on public takeovers, private investments in public equity and privatisations. He also advises public listed companies regularly on their continuing disclosure obligations under the listing rules of the Singapore Exchange.

Christopher graduated from the National University of Singapore with an LL.B. (Hons) degree in 1999 and obtained an LL.M. from Columbia University in 2002, where he graduated as a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar.

Christopher lectures on takeovers and mergers and facilitates practice sessions for the Advanced Corporate Practice modules of the Singapore Bar Examinations.
