Steven is a senior practitioner with extensive experience in mergers & acquisitions, corporate restructuring, joint ventures and private financing, including cross-border and multi-jurisdictional transactions.

Steven’s experience spans across various industries including infrastructure projects, real estate development, hospitality, media & telecommunications, healthcare, education and technology, and has experience in BOT projects, management agreements for hotels and branded residences and project and syndicated financing. Steven has represented major Singapore and international corporate clients and private funds, advising on complex transactions and high value projects.
