Mei Ann’s areas of practice include acquisitions and divestments of real estate interests (by way of shares or assets), property joint developments, sale and leaseback transactions, built-to-suit facilities as well as leases for anchor tenants. She has worked across a wide range of property sectors including office, retail, business parks, hospitality, data centres and mixed used developments. Her clients include financial institutions, private and public companies and multinational corporations.
