Career

Corina is recognised as a Senior Accredited Specialist in Maritime and Shipping Law by the Singapore Academy of Law (SAL).

Corina’s practice includes all areas of contentious shipping, admiralty and international trade disputes, including charter party disputes, mortgage enforcement, Memorandum of Agreement disputes, cargo claims, trade disputes and shipping insolvencies. She regularly acts for shipowners, charterers, commodity traders, banks, P&I clubs, insurers and shipyards.

Apart from shipping, Corina’s practice also encompasses marine and non-marine insurance, both contentious and non-contentious. She has acted for various insurers where she advised, reviewed and drafted policy wordings for new and existing insurance products as well as acted as counsel for insurers in various policy disputes.
