Kulkanist joined Siam Premier in 2005 as a partner. She specializes in M&A, capital markets including securities and stock exchange regulation, public company laws, corporate and commercial law, joint venture and corporate & finance litigations.

She has extensive experience representing and advising clients on M&A and capital market matters as well as advising Thai and foreign investors making their investment in Thailand and throughout Asia. She also represents and advises issuers in the offering of various types of securities including advising companies seeking listing on the Stock Exchange of Thailand (“SET”). On a regular basis, she has also represented numerous companies listed on the SET advising on the complex rules & regulations that relate to the stock exchange and public company law as well as MC on AGM/EGM of a number of SET listed co. With respect to mergers and acquisitions, she has advised numerous companies and structured various major acquisition schemes, including tender offers and delisting. She was from time to time involved in strategic corporate and finance litigation.

She was a member of the Takeover Panel appointed by the Thai SEC since inception for more than 10 years.
