Torsakul advises international and domestic banks on financing and refinancing transactions, financial and banking regulatory matters, debt repayments, licensing, and drafting and negotiating contracts. He is particularly sought after by insurers and commercial banks in relation to drafting and negotiating bancassurance agreements.

Torsakul also specializes in domestic and cross-border M&A transactions where he assists large international and domestic clients across diverse sectors on drafting and negotiating asset/share sale and purchase agreements, due diligence, and the establishment of joint ventures with Thai partners.

His practice also extends to drafting leases, distribution agreements, factoring agreements, service agreements and other commercial agreements relevant to companies’ operations in Thailand.
