Kong joined Siam Premier in 1995.  He has been involved in a variety of litigation matters, including both criminal and civil cases.  His experience has included assisting both individuals and corporate entities covering a diverse client base that includes banks, hotel management companies, manufacturers and property developers.  In additional to his practical expertise, Kong has also acted as legal consultant during a variety of legal seminars.  These have included an arbitration seminars, an administrative law seminar as well as a conflict of law seminar.  Kong is an important part of the insolvency and rehabilitation litigation team, in which he has considerable expertise. 

He assists lawyers from our banking and finance practice group to ensure that Siam Premier clients receive the best possible representation of their case during litigation and arbitration proceedings. 

Kong is a key of Siam Premier Litigation team and he has conducted over 200 courts.
