Sumit’s opinion is often sought by large private and public sector clients on sensitive and multifaceted matters, when stakes are high. His practice focuses on disputes concerning employment law, business rehabilitation, bankruptcy law, construction, corporate, commercial and administrative matters. He also has extensive experience in alternative dispute resolution, including arbitration and mediation.

Sumit is regularly invited as a guest speaker and adjunct lecturer at various public and private universities and private sector events. He had served as Vice President to the Academic Affairs of the Lawyers Council of Thailand under the Royal Patronage.
