Luo Shujian obtained Bachelor of Laws from Peking University, Master of Business Administration from Tsinghua University, EMBA from the University of Hong Kong.

With over 20 years of experience in legal practice, Mr. Luo worked in a wide range of legal fields, particularly in the fields of Finance, Securities and Insurance. Mr. Luo has guided and carried out, including but not limited to enterprise restructuring and listing, refinancing, M&A, private equity fund, public offering of fund, insurance asset management, disposition of non-performing assets, dispute resolution and other business.

Mr. Luo is knowledgeable about a range of securities-related legal services and has coached numerous businesses through the pre-listing process, helping them have successful IPOs. In the project of China National Offshore Oil Corporation (A-share market code: 600938) returning to the A-share market, Mr. Luo served as the lead attorney.

Mr Luo is also professional at private equity fund and public offering of fund. He has received great appreciation from his clients for his innovative ideas during the establishment of Huarong Securities Co.'s public fund management company, which is a unique instance in the public fund industry's history.

In the field of finance, Mr. Luo provides legal services for a number of major financial institutions, including but not limited to permanent legal counsel, financial debt, disposition of non-performing assets, trust plans, dispute resolutions and other legal services.

As one of the pioneers in the field of using insurance funds for investments, Mr. Luo has successfully handled numerous cases over the years for numerous insurance asset management companies, encompassing, among other things, debt investment plans for insurance funds, real estate investment plans for insurance funds, and independent supervisor of insurance investment plans.

Mr. Luo has an outstanding performance in dispute resolution area. In 2019, the Supreme People's Court named one of his cases among the top 10 cases involving intellectual property.

Mr. Luo is passionate about participating in social charity work and legal theory research.
