With 20 years of experience in tax authorities, Yi Ming has hosted tax administrative reconsideration and administrative litigation cases for a long time, participated in the trial and research of major, complex and difficult cases, and has been awarded two provincial and ministerial honors.

Since 2018, Ms. Yi Ming has participated in the organization of the high-end forum on "China Tax Judicial Theory and Practice" and the selection of "Annual Influential Tax Judicial Trial Case" sponsored by the China Finance and Taxation Law Research Association. Mr. Yi Ming is also a contributor to China Tax News, a main contributor to the 2018-2022 China Tax Administrative Litigation Big Data Analysis Report, and the chief compiler of the expert advice draft on the General Principles of Tax Law commissioned by the Budget Working Committee of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress.

Ms. Yi Ming has also participated in the writing of professional books such as "General Theory of Tax Rule of Law", "Guide to China's International Tax Treaties for the Avoidance of Double Taxation", "Legal Research on Real Estate Tax", "Comparative Research on Real Estate Law on the Two Sides of the Strait (I)", and "Research on Frontier Issues in Fiscal and Taxation Law".

Ms. Yi Ming serves as a director of the Finance and Taxation Law Research Association of the China Law Society, an executive director of the Beijing Finance and Fiscal Law Research Association, a director of the Beijing Tax Legal System Construction Research Association, and a director consultant of Haide Think Tank.

Ms. Yi Ming holds a bachelor's and master's degree in law from China University of Political Science and Law (majoring in economic law, tax law research direction), and has conducted advanced tax training at the University of British Columbia in Canada.

Ms. Yi Ming are good at handling all kinds of complex and difficult tax cases and tax issues, and have provided tax law services to Tsinghua University, Danfoss, APPLOVIN, Founder Securities, China Petroleum & Chemical Corporation, Vanke Group, China Electronics Technology Group Co., Ltd., etc.

Ms. Yi Ming enjoys reading, swimming, and outdoor sports.
