Sunxiaoming has rich experience in judicial practice and corporate governance. He has worked in the judicial system for a long time and served as the head of the court and procuratorate departments. After that, he served as the chairman of a subsidiary company of a group of top 100 enterprises in Chongqing. Specializing in the field of criminal business, adhering to the direction of criminal specialization, he is good at enterprise criminal risk prevention and compliance, as well as defense and representation of major, difficult and complicated criminal cases such as duty crimes, economic crimes, drug crimes, etc. He has successfully helped many large companies and well-known enterprises to resolve criminal risks and solve criminal disputes. A number of provincial officials involved in criminal cases and parties involved in major criminal cases achieved effective defense with his help. He led the creation of the “S Criminal Team”, which has the goal of building a normalized, professionalized, specialized, integrative and branded team of first-class criminal lawyers.
