Since practicing law, Ms.Ye has focused on the business of enterprise bankruptcy restructuring and pre-restructuring, and has conducted in-depth research in the field of enterprise bankruptcy liquidation and restructuring, merger and acquisition restructuring. During her practice, she has handled dozens of enterprise restructuring cases, involving real estate, construction engineering, medical care, manufacturing, agriculture and other industries.
