he served for a long period of time in an investigation organization directly under the Central Government as an investigator and department head. He exchanged opinions and discussed with the Ministry of Public Security on the amendment and interpretation of Provisions on the Procedures for Handling Criminal Cases by Public Security Authorities for Several Times and was selected and dispatched to basic units as an outstanding cadre to practice temporarily for half a year. During his practice period, as a member of the China Law Society, he actively promoted legal research and participated in the legislative investigation and research of the General Rules of Tax Law (Expert Advice Draft) promulgated by the National People's Congress, the protection of civil and commercial rights and interests of the parties involved and related enterprises in the criminal litigations organized by the Supreme People's Procuratorate, and the research of supervision system organized by the China Law Society. Over more than ten years in legal practice, Mr. Lin has participated in hundreds of cases, accumulated relatively rich theoretical reserves and practical experience, and successfully represented a series of duty-related crimes, economic crimes and major civil and commercial cases.
