Mr. Hou has worked in Tong Shang Law Firm, Zhong Lun Law Firm, and De Heng Law Firm for 16 years, and currently holds a Chinese lawyer qualification.

Mr. Hou has long focused on private equity fund establishment, private equity investment, mergers and acquisitions, cross-border financing, domestic and overseas bonds, domestic and overseas listing of enterprises, and asset restructuring of listed companies. Mr. Hou is good at taking advantage of the complementarity of domestic and overseas markets to build an overall domestic and overseas financing platform from the perspective of overall and long-term development of clients, and effectively reduce comprehensive financing costs by combining financial and taxation perspectives, and to provide strong legal protection for the healthy and rapid growth of clients.
