Mr. Fan is a partner of Deheng, graduated from Guanghua School of Management, Peking University, and is currently the director of Deheng's Bankruptcy and Rescue Professional Committee.

Before working as a lawyer, Mr. Fan served as a management cadre of large enterprises such as Hainan International Trust and Investment Company and Hainan Yedao Joint Stock Company. During his practice, he served as an independent director of Anhui Xinke New Materials Co., LTD and Xizang Galaxy Technology Development Co., LTD. Since 2004, he has been practicing at Deheng, guiding Deheng's Corporate Rescue and Bankruptcy Committee to take a leading position in the domestic law firm industry.

In the past 20 years, he has accumulated rich experience in the fields of bankruptcy reorganization of large and medium-sized enterprise groups, bankruptcy reorganization of listed companies, corporate debt reorganization and investment reorganization, and is good at resolving various difficult problems in bankruptcy cases of large enterprise groups. We attach great importance to protecting the legitimate rights and interests of creditors.
