Position

The main practice area of Mr. Fayin Li is international trade remedy investigations, including antidumping, countervailing and safeguard measures, as well as WTO dispute settlement cases.

Mr. Fayin Li has represented major Chinese exporters and exporting industries in dozens of antidumping, countervailing and safeguard investigations conducted by foreign governments, including United States, EU, Canada, Australia, India, Mexico, South Africa, Indonesia, Pakistan and New Zealand etc, and the products and industries covered include steel products, chemical products, machinery and electronics products, light-industrial products, mineral products, textiles products pharmaceutical products and food products etc. Mr. Fayin Li has assisted the clients to obtain zero or low margins in these investigations.

Mr. Fayin Li has also been retained by the Chinese government to represent it as the government counsel in many WTO dispute settlement cases, countervailing investigations and trade barrier investigations. Mr. Fayin Li has been ranked as the leading Chinese lawyer in international trade law by Chambers & Partners and WHO’S WHO LEGAL.
